Terms of Service

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Products

• Each deck is custom made to order with the design provided by the customer.
• Please ensure that all artwork and order details are correct before purchase. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

2. Use of Artwork

• Customers are fully responsible for having the legal rights to any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing.
• We refuse to print any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Orders containing such material will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time is 1–3 business days after receiving the final design.
• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As these are personalized products, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of damage or production error (see Refund Policy).

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for misuse of the product, including accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from skating.
• Decks are produced as professional-grade but are also intended as wall art. Use at your own discretion.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
